Purchases of our Products include free delivery with UPS anywhere in the continental U.S., unless otherwise indicated to you at the time of purchase. We currently do not ship internationally. By placing an order for delivery, you agree to the terms and conditions of UPS, including those available here.
Once you’ve placed your order, our Products typically ship within two (2) business days. Transit time is determined by UPS but typically takes two (2) – six (6) business days within the contiguous United States. Please keep in mind that UPS Ground does not typically deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Delivery may also take longer during/after the holidays or severe weather conditions.
We will try our hardest to make sure your GiNO Products are delivered in a timely, manner without any delays, but take no responsibility for any delays that are due to circumstances out of our control.
