We believe you will fall in love with your GiNO products. We want everyone to get the best sleep possible. If for any reason you are unhappy with your GiNO products, please contact the authorized retailer you purchased it from, or if you purchased it directly from the GiNO website please contact us at +1(888)381-8481 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that in-home delivery, setup services, extra shipping, and disposable fees are non-refundable.
Every GiNO mattress comes with a 100-Night Sleep Trial. Since all mattresses have a break-in period, we ask you to try GiNO for 30 nights before initiating a return. To be eligible for a return you must still be within your 100-Night Sleep Trial period and have had it for at least 30 days, and the mattress must be clean and undamaged. To initiate your return, please contact us as indicated above.
We will accept a return of your purchase of a GiNO pillow within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your GiNO pillow must be clean and undamaged. To initiate your return, please contact us as indicated above.
Foundations and Mattress Protectors:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on GiNO foundations and GiNO mattress protectors. However, if you are unhappy with your foundation or mattress protector, we will be happy to work with you to find the best solution for you.
